ListQueue is a web-based application for online auctions. Management can be done from any internet connection. Your data is securely stored on our servers. There is no software or plug-in to install and ListQueue is fully compatible with any operating system or browser.
Inventory Management
Inventory items are entered with all the information needed to generate an auction page. together with images, description, eBay details, shipping details and consignor links. We make it easy with auction templates for basic information, inventory frames for similar items and numerous preset defaults for rapid data entry. Image hosting is included in our service. Simple warehousing database that can be use with and without bar code scanner inventory control.
Consignment
Every item in inventory is linked to a consignor. We maintain in-depth consignment information and track items online, through order completion to the point of commission settlement. Multiple consignment plans are configurable. Each consignor may be assigned a specific plan or changed on an item-by-item basis.
Consignment plans are designed to accommodate a variety of business models. Commissions can be defined as flat rates, percentages or both based on price points. Listing fees, eBay extra fees and store fees can all be configured on a set-it and forget-it basis.
Auctions
All types of eBay sales are supported. Auctions, fixed price, offers, store items and eBay Motors. We use extensive templates for the listing basics and a graphical editor for your item description. Optional UPC look up makes data entry fast. Listings are inventory linked and can only be launched if there is sufficient inventory. After the auction is submitted to eBay, we have a completely graphic editor for modifying auctions. No HTML editing needed (unless that is what you prefer). Auctions are monitored from beginning to end.
Shipping
Our product allows you to specify acceptable shipping methods in general or on a per-listing basis. Each has a handling mark up and even additional box charge that is set at the management level. Our auctions feature an easy-to-use shipping calculator for all potential bidders.
Invoicing
Successfully completed auctions automatically generate an order. The buyer confirms their address and selects a shipping option. The order is totaled for payment via PayPal or your credit card gateway. Other payment options available by request. A variety of e-mail notices are prepared and just a click away.
Workflow
An exclusive and patent-pending workflow process is the backbone of ListQueue. Management can define up to ten separate stages in the flow from inventory intake through the final auction proofing. Each inventory item is tracked by stages completed. Each employee is assigned which stages they can perform. Employees can examine the inventory list quickly see all the inventory or only the items awaiting their particular skills.
